Research Interests
1. CMOS-MEMS/MEMS multi-dimensional sensing intelligent sensor integrated chip research, including current sensor, magnetoresistive sensor, inertia/vibration sensor, gas flow sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, gas sensor, ultrasonic (SAW) sensor, pressure sensor and ASIC on-chip interface circuit. Mainly used in building structure safety monitoring, intelligent building energy saving and emission reduction, ventilator, mass flow meter, respiratory health monitoring and other applications;
2. Research on flexible sensors, including tactile/pressure sensors, ultrasonic (SAW) sensors, origami microstructures, etc., mainly used in robot human-computer interaction, robot perception, electronic skin, precision physiotherapy equipment and other applications.
Recruitment needs (opportunities to recommend overseas exchanges after doctoral and doctoral studies) :
1. Students interested in micro and nano machining, sensor research and development, micro and nano system design, sensor integration and other research fields (master/doctor/post-doctoral);
2. Research and development of integrated chips for CMOS-MEMS sensor parts and on-chip circuits, including analog circuit and digital circuit design using Global Fundry, TSMC, SMIC 0.18um CMOS process (master/doctoral/post-doctoral);
3. Circuit design and signal processing of CMOS-MEMS devices (master/PhD/post-doctoral).
