Zhou Tianfei, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology, is a national-level young talent.
His research fields are artificial intelligence and computer vision, and he has recently focused on the direction of multimodal large models. He has published more than 50 academic papers in top international journals and conferences (such as IEEE TPAMI, ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI). The first author of the paper won the Best Paper Award of MICCAI, the top association in the field of medical image analysis (2022), the Young Outstanding Paper Nomination Award of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (2021), was selected to the Stanford "Top 2% of the world's top scientists" list, and led the students to win the championship in 8 international academic competitions. He is the guest editor of IEEE TCSVT and the associate editor of Multimedia Tools and Applications.
Every year, we plan to recruit 1 doctoral student and 3-4 master students. At the same time, we welcome senior outstanding undergraduates to join the research group.
