Li Shouping, Ph.D., postdoctoral fellow, Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (Faculty of Social Sciences), was selected into the New Century Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education in 2009, selected into the "Hundred Talents Project" of Beijing Social Science Theoretical talents in 2010, selected into the "four batch" talents and national leading talents of the Central Propaganda Department in 2021. He is currently the dean, distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, the director of the Space Law Center of the National Space Administration, and the President of the Beijing Society of International Law, the Vice President of the China Society of European Union Law, and the Executive director of the Chinese Society of International Law.

He is mainly engaged in the research of public international law, international space Law, International aviation Security Law, International Organization Law
