Air traffic engineering and technology expert, mainly engaged in air traffic management, aviation communication and navigation research. He was born in Hefei, Anhui Province in July 1965. In 2001, he graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a Doctor's degree in engineering. He was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2013.

It has been committed to air traffic engineering technology, system research and personnel training for a long time, and has done basic and pioneering work in civil aviation route network operation monitoring, space-based route operation monitoring, and civil aviation flight verification.

He presided over the development of China's civil aviation new-generation air traffic service platform, space-based route operation monitoring equipment and civil aviation airborne flight verification platform, and the research results have been widely used. He has won 2 first prizes of national technological invention, 1 first prize of National Scientific and technological Progress, and 5 first prizes of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress. He has published more than 100 academic papers and 2 books. The team he led has successively become the innovation team of the Ministry of Education, the innovation research group of the National Natural Science Foundation and the innovation team of the Ministry of Science and Technology in key areas.
