Zhang Jinying, female, born in Jinan in November 1982, Doctor, promoted to special researcher and appointed as doctoral supervisor in 2018. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of MEMS sensors and systems for a long time, and his main research directions include materials, theories, devices, algorithms and other aspects related to intelligent micro-nano systems. Presided over a number of provincial and ministerial level projects, It includes the National Key research and development Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 "New generation of artificial Intelligence" major project sub-project, the military H863 project, the Foundation strengthening key fund sub-project, the exploration and research major project sub-project, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education returnee Scientific Research Start-up Fund, the China Postdoctoral Science Fund, and the national key project Laboratory topics, etc. In Applied Physics Letters, Ultrasonics, IEEE MEMS, Transducers, IEEE UFFC-IUS, IEEE More than 30 first and corresponding author papers have been published in international and domestic journals and top conferences such as UFFC-ISAF and Acta Opticae, among which the paper published in Applied Physics Letters was selected as the highlight paper, and the research results on micro-nano high-frequency resonators were reported by the American Physical Union News. He has been invited to make invitation reports at international academic conferences for many times and served as the chapter chairman. 18 invention patents have been declared, 12 of which have been authorized. Co-authored chapters of the Springer book series, Handbook of MEMS. The main course is "Mathematical Equations and Special Functions", "Communication Principles", "Multidisciplinary Optimization Design", "MEMS and Application" and other courses. Undertook 1 graduate teaching research and reform project, and published 1 paper of top teaching reform conference. He supervised 3 doctoral students and 5 master students (of whom 1 has graduated). Guided the students to win the second prize in the national finals of the college students Photoelectric Design competition and other awards. He served as a review expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China.
