He received his bachelor's degree from School of Chemistry, Jilin University in 2004, and his doctorate degree from Fujian Institute of Matter Structure, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010. He has been teaching at Beijing Institute of Technology since 2010, and has visited University of Michigan Ann Arbor several times from 2015 to 2019. Teaching "College Chemistry", "Organic Chemistry", "Chemistry on the tip of the tongue", "Inorganic Chemistry experiment", "X-ray single crystal structure analysis" and many other different types of courses. The teaching style is humorous, good at using analogy teaching means, using students' familiar knowledge or existing knowledge structure to transfer, to help students quickly understand new knowledge, while it is included in the original knowledge system, to build a complete cognitive system. Participated in the compilation of the "12th Five-Year" national planning textbook "New University Chemistry Learning Guide" 1, presided over the construction of a number of MOOCs: "University Chemistry", "Organic Chemistry" and so on. Research field: Polymetallic oxygen cluster, hosted/participated in a number of National Natural Science funds, representative research results published in J.Am.Chem.Soc. Wait for journals.
