Research Content:
He has long been engaged in research on the regulation of biological growth and biological daily rhythm by ribonucleic acid (RNA), and has developed and applied a new generation of high-throughput sequencing methods to probe the principle of gene regulation. The research results on miRNA generation, function and regulation have been recognized internationally. He has published papers in international academic journals such as Cell, Science Advances, Genes Dev, Frontiers Plant Science, Mol Cell, Nature Protoc, Neuron, NAR, Mol Cell Biol, etc. Obtained 2 international patents. The journal Cell Metabolism describes the study. Papers have been cited more than 3,000 times by peers, including two recommended by the Faculty of 1000.
