Research Interests

Blood Flow function image Calculation, Organ perfusion calculation, Vascular Tissue Engineering Research
Basic research: Vascular diseases are the leading cause of death in humans, and their pathogenesis, development prediction, and treatment options require a deep understanding of blood flow, vascular walls, and organ perfusion. By combining medical imaging, intelligent computing and biomechanics, I studied the blood flow characteristics of a variety of vascular diseases, and proposed the blood flow functional imaging calculation method and clinical indicators. Material properties and tissue engineering analysis of vascular wall tissue were performed to provide criteria for instrument development and safety of interventional surgery. The computational model of organ perfusion image was developed to provide a quantitative analysis method for a variety of cerebrovascular diseases. Medical application: For a variety of vascular diseases and interventional therapy methods, combined with artificial intelligence and imaging omics methods, to achieve automatic segmentation and three-dimensional reconstruction of focal vascular images, and establish an intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system; For stent and other interventional surgery, combined with computer vision and biomechanics technology, virtual interventional surgery algorithm was developed to achieve rapid, scientific and individualized preoperative planning; Based on multi-modal medical image registration and fusion technology, a surgical navigation and enhanced display system was established to improve the operation accuracy and safety of interventional surgery. The extracorporeal bionic circulation system was developed, combined with navigation tracking module and multi-physical sensing module, to establish surgical simulation and intelligent training devices, to provide extracorporeal bionic training platform for interventional surgery, and to provide evaluation and testing environment for new interventional equipment.
