Beijing Institute of Technology and University of California, Berkeley jointly train doctoral and post-doctoral students, dedicated to intelligent new energy vehicles, nonlinear optimization, predictive control and machine learning and application related research. The first/corresponding author has published more than 50 SCI papers, including 6 ESI highly cited papers, more than 3500 times cited by Google Scholar, 2 papers were selected as "Key Emerging Frontiers" of "2016 Research Frontiers" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and presided over/participated in a number of national key projects. Served as a reviewer for more than 30 journals such as IEEE TCST, TVT, TAC, Journal of Power Sources, etc. He is currently vice president of Shenzhen Automotive Research Institute, Beijing Institute of Technology.
