XUTELI School, BIT was officially established in 2013. It was named after Xu Teli, the old dean of BIT during the Yan'an period. He was an outstanding revolutionary and educator. XUTELI School is a special zone for talent cultivation of BIT, dedicated to the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. In 2009, BIT piloted the reform of joint undergraduate and graduate programs in three schools. In 2013, the "Mingjing Program" was implemented, and the Xutelli School was established. to implement a community system and form a special zone for cultivating top-notch talents. In 2018, XUTELI School operated independently and expanded the scale of enrolment, marking BIT's top-notch innovative talent cultivation entering a new stage.
