摘要

To deal with the problems of low visualization and information transfer inefficiency in complex product assembly process, the electronic kanban system was put forward and constructed for discrete assembly process of complex product. The business process and organizer's data requirement of complex product assembly were analyzed, and the method of multi-level assembly electronic Kanban based on work flow was presented. The realization method for three key techniques of comprehensive display for daily business information, real time data acquisition of assembly site and visual monitoring of assembly process was illustrated. The paperless production in complex product discrete assembly site and the multi-level visual monitoring for assembly process were achieved by proposed method. The software system was developed and successfully testified in aerospace related manufacturing enterprise, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
