摘要
The harmful affection to environment during wet machining process and the improvement as green cutting adopted are discussed. By the cutting test, the mechanisms and key technology of green cutting are investigated on the following items. These are: the features of tool wear in dry high speed cutting, the dry cutting with cold wine, and the principle of tribology design on tool surface layer and the geometric parameters design of cutting tool which is adapted to green cutting.
