N2 - In order to complete the function, performance test and the acceptance of AMT electric control system used for a vehicle, combined with the operation principle of AMT system, the dynamic performance detection test bench for AMT electric control system powered by AC asynchronous motor, was designed. The subsystem composed of AC asynchronous motor and motor controller was designed to simulate electronic engine and complete dynamically detection of electric control system including AMT ECU, sensors, driving circuit, CAN communication module, software and actuators. The analysis of dynamic performance detection of AMT electric control system was achieved by the software with the function of autonomous acquisition, and storage experiment data and replaying and analysis shift process of AMT system and graphical humanmachine interfaces. Validity and effectiveness of the test bench design was approved by an experiment, and it had laid a foundation for the manufacture application of AMT system to real vehicles.
