Abstract

The phase structure of lead-free Li0.058(Na0.51K 0.49)0.942NbO3 (KNNLN) ceramics can be affected by the stress as well as the external electric field. A high piezoelectric constant was obtained in KNNLN ceramics by adjusting the cooling-down speed of the sintering. The {2 0 0} reflection X-ray diffraction lines were measured to accurately identify the room-temperature crystal structure of the as-sintered samples. Dielectric measurements were performed to observe the differences in the phase structure of KNNLN ceramics before and after poling.
