Abstract

In order to realize the real-time imaging for airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR), the architecture of a data dividing based airborne SAR real-time imaging system is discussed, and its merits and constraints are analyzed. Aimed at range Doppler (RD) imaging algorithms, the real-time analysis based on granularity is proposed, and the implementation of a real-time imaging system is given. Imaging results with raw data are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.
