Abstract

To deal with the issue of aero-engine vibration failure, bearing reactions of dual rotor-supporting system caused by rubbing and unbalance were calculated and analyzed. The three-dimensional FEA models of dual rotor-supporting system and high pressure turbine-casing rubbing model were established. With the functions of Ansys 12.0 and contact analysis, bearing reactions were simulated under the rubbing force and unbalance force. By calculating the bearing reaction results under various conditions, the influence of rubbing and unbalance on the bearing reactions were obtained.
