Abstract
Estimation of investment is a crucial step of aerospace special project management. In order to improve the accuracy and rationality of the investment estimation, we analyzed the structure of aerospace special project investment. Applying the principles of project statistics, we established an estimation model based on project decomposition. We also proposed a correction model of gross investment estimation and an apportion method of other costs of subsystem construction. At last the merits and drawbacks of our model were discussed.
