Abstract

To achieve the structural optimal design for integrated stiffened cylindrical shell, firstly, this paper studies parameterization modeling of integrated stiffened cylindrical shell; Then, based on the model, the included angle of stiffeners and the thickness of the skin and stiffeners are optimized. The impact on the structural mass and buckling stability is analyzed due to the size of the grid cell of integrated stiffened cylindrical shell and the included angle of stiffeners. Finally, based on the DOE methods, an optimization design for the size and the angle of stiffeners is implemented with a response surface method. After these work above, a series approaches of structural optimal design for integrated stiffened cylindrical shell are achieved.
