Abstract

Several typical encoder/decoder method based on optical fiber grating for optical code division multiple access system is presented. Specifically, the configurations of three kinds of encoders/decoders, such as uniform optical fiber Bragg grating, chirp optical fiber Bragg grating and super-structure fiber grating have been emphatically investigated. Their recent development status are overviewed.
