Abstract

In order to guarantee the establishment of an unassailable position for enterprises in keen competition, the management modes must be improved to meet the needs of modern enterprises. A unified modeling language is used to set up a virtual enterprise's information system. The virtual enterprise course demand and the field of enterprises are analysed. It is feasible that a commonly used modeling mechanism is used to operate the virtual enterprise information system.
